How to solve the prompt “login” problem (iPhone)

Spoiler alert – switch to public mode. Even though the Login checkbox “Remember me” is selected, the login menu appears every time.

This can be fairly annoying in the long run, especially for Blippa editors doing hundreds of tests per day.

The solution is fairly simple:

On iPhone, Safari is the default browser.
So, Safari is used when you use your camera to open a Blippa QR code (and page).

If you have been using “Private Mode” in Safari, this will be remembered as the default for new browser windows.

And, since the QR code opens a new window, it will be opened in Private Mode.

To correct:

Open Safari
In the lower right corner, click on the Pages icon.
Then, in the lower right corner, make sure Private is not selected (when selected there will be a filled box around Private).
